Production & Processing

Most pieces are made to order.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before shipment.
Each item is made in small batches and finished by hand.

If your item is already completed and available, it will ship within 2–5 business days.

Domestic (United States)

Orders are shipped from New Mexico.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.

International

International shipping is available.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times vary by destination.

If something is not right, I’m here to help.

Returns

Because most pieces are made to order, returns are accepted in limited cases.

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • Free of creasing, stretching, or signs of use

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • In original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Made-to-Order Items

Most belts are made to order.

Returns are accepted only if the item remains in new condition and can be resold.
If there are visible signs of wear or sizing marks, the return may be declined.

Exchanges

Exchanges are the preferred option when possible, especially for sizing adjustments.

If you need a different size or minor adjustment, please reach out and I will work with you to find the best solution.

Defects or Issues

If your item has a defect related to craftsmanship, please contact me as soon as possible.

I will repair or replace the piece at no cost.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.

Repairs & Adjustments

These pieces are made to last.

If your belt ever needs resizing, adjustment, or maintenance, contact me and we will find the best solution.
